About the Role
We're seeking dynamic and skilled professionals to join our team as Sprinters. As a Sprinter, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality health services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You'll be responsible for conducting a variety of tasks, including phlebotomy, specimen collection, and diagnostic services.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have previous experience in venipuncture, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also need to be comfortable working with minimal supervision and be able to navigate patient homes safely.
A Day in the Life of a Sprinter
As a Sprinter, your day will begin by preparing for patient visits, which may include collecting necessary supplies and equipment. You'll then use our modern technology to access your schedule and navigate to each patient's home. Once you arrive, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and provide them with high-quality care.
During patient visits, you'll be responsible for conducting a range of services, including phlebotomy, specimen collection, and diagnostic tests. You'll also need to ensure that all samples are properly labeled and coordinated for drop-off or shipment to the appropriate lab or facility.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in clinical skills, including venipuncture and specimen collection. You'll also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable using modern technology to access patient information and communicate with colleagues.
Additionally, you'll need to have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a national background check and DMV check. You'll also need to have proof of vaccination or immunity for certain diseases, including COVID-19, measles, mumps, and rubella.
