About the Role:

The Lead Dentist will be responsible for leading a team of dental professionals, conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, offering treatment planning options, and providing high-quality clinical treatments. They will also maintain awareness of the budget, work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives, mentor and coach new dentists, and keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of $200,000-$300,000 per year, flexible scheduling, and unlimited access to free continuing education. Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school and be licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Ohio. You should also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
