Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. You will work closely with our management team to understand our staffing needs and develop a recruitment strategy to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract top talent to join our team

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our management team to understand our staffing needs and develop a recruitment strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
