Job Description

As a Construction & Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal counsel on a broad range of issues related to real estate law, construction, foreclosure, bankruptcy, entity formation, and land use. Your duties will include:
  • Providing legal advice and guidance on acquisitions, leasing, development, financing, and disposition.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various real estate and construction contracts and agreements.
  • Representing clients in real estate transactions, foreclosures, and bankruptcy proceedings.
  • Advising clients on land use and zoning issues, and representing them in related proceedings.
  • Handling litigation matters related to construction and real estate.
  • Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support client cases.
  • Assisting with entity formation and providing advice on legal structure and business strategies.

Requirements

To be successful as a Construction & Real Estate Attorney, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A valid license to practice law in the state.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction & Real Estate Attorney.
  • Proven expertise in real estate law, construction law, foreclosure, bankruptcy, entity formation, and land use.
  • Strong experience in handling real estate transactions.
  • Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide sound legal advice and guidance.
  • A proven track record of representing clients in litigation matters related to construction and real estate.

Salary and Benefits
