About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Healthy Foundations Group, LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support services.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient interactions and efficient administrative processes.

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the clinical team, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and processing payments.
  • Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care activities, including gathering medical information, communicating with healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Assist in promoting our practice through various marketing initiatives and outreach programs.
  • Office Operations: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and available.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements

  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to analyze problems, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
  • Certifications and Education: Possess HIPAA certifications meeting state and federal requirements; some college credits required, preferably an Associate's degree or currently seeking a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
