  • Operating cash registers efficiently, processing transactions accurately, and handling customer payments.
  • Participating in daily training sessions and educational programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate at Pet Food Express, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers, responding to their inquiries, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Using our Whole Life Approach to provide customers with expert advice and guidance on pet care and nutrition.
  • Learning about new products, services, and promotions to stay up-to-date and offer informed recommendations.
  • Operating cash registers, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the store, including tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves.
