Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Play a key role in managing weekly payroll, staff scheduling, and rota to optimize operational efficiency and financial health.
  • Team Management and Development: Lead by example, inspiring a culture of excellence within the team. Responsibilities encompass hiring, training, and managing staff, with a focus on fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
  • Service Excellence: Uphold exceptional service standards, maintaining the magical atmosphere that defines The Cauldron Co. Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are provided with responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
