Job Summary

Phillips Academy seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the Assistant Director and Dean of Admission for the Summer Session. This 12-month, non-housed Administrator position is responsible for maintaining the stability and viability of the Summer Session programs and ensuring a positive student experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions and experience working with high school students and teachers. They will be proficient in a relational database, preferably Unit 4 or PCR, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all efforts related to marketing and advertising the summer programs
  • Recruit and select students, allocate financial aid, and develop partnerships with sponsoring organizations
  • Develop and execute efficient business processes
  • Ensure smooth execution of all operations relating to admissions and enrollment
  • Support smooth execution of all operations relating to summer programming

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Administrative and/or admissions experience working with high school students and teachers
  • Proficiency in a relational database, preferably Unit 4 or PCR
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
