Floral Merchandiser

We are seeking a skilled Floral Clerk to join our team at United Family Services Inc. As a key member of our floral department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our store remains well-stocked and visually appealing.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Create high-quality floral arrangements and displays that meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests.

• Possess a strong working knowledge of plants and flowers, including their names, characteristics, and uses.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Be physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods, as well as occasionally carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
