Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at Marble Falls Chevrolet. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with clients, showcasing our products, and driving sales revenue.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport with customers, and a keen understanding of the latest vehicle technologies. You will work closely with our sales manager to achieve objectives and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop long-lasting relationships with clients by listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Showcase new and used vehicles, highlighting their features and benefits, to ensure customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Sales Acumen: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, packages, and technologies to become a trusted authority in the industry.
  • Follow-up and Referrals: Ensure successful referrals by following up with buyers and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager to achieve sales objectives, share knowledge, and support colleagues.

  • Availability: Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, as needed.
  • Self-Starter: Proven self-starter mentality with an ambitious spirit and eagerness to learn.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional, well-groomed personal appearance at all times.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Additionally, we provide opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and a dynamic work environment.
