Job Overview

Crothall Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the operational needs of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain high standards for staff performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback to staff on areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance and goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate outside services as needed.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service-related field with high customer/client contact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate staff.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
