Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Building Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our federal clients, ensuring seamless project execution and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Support: Provide on-site administrative support to facilitate the operations of existing buildings and new small to large-scale construction projects.
  2. Space Upgrades: Assist with space upgrades or modification/reconfiguration projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  3. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including meeting minutes, action items, and decision logs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in building operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
