About the Job

This is a Permanent position requiring a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and review preventative maintenance inspections, monitor repairs, and perform vehicle audits to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and appearance standards.
  • Analyze equipment or vehicle system failures to determine root causes and resolve problems, and plan and coordinate equipment repairs with internal and external groups.
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels (e.g., parts, tires, etc.) to support business processes.
  • Manage purchasing limits, expense approval procedures, and equipment disposal guidelines to remain within budget.
  • Review and approve automotive expenses.
  • Determine employee training needs and develop continuous development plans.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of mechanical fundamentals, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair to vehicle or aircraft fleet operation.
  • Ability to manage equipment repair and oversee the correction of problems with tools, machinery, and other standard technical equipment.
  • Ability to manage inspections, physical assets, and working relationships with vendors.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and more.
