Position Overview:
AssuredPartners of Arizona is in search of a licensed seasonal Employee Benefits Advisor to assist our team during the critical renewal period.


The Employee Benefits Advisor plays a vital role in guiding employees of our clients through the enrollment process, addressing benefit inquiries, and providing ongoing customer support. This position collaborates closely with clients to assess and comprehend their employees' benefit requirements.

This role is essential in enhancing employees' understanding of their benefits and available plans. This is a remote position, operating Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Arizona Time Zone. The duration of the contract is contingent upon assignments with continuous start dates.

Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to company protocols regarding all essential duties and responsibilities associated with the role.


Engage with client employees and HR representatives via phone to address inquiries related to employee benefits during the open enrollment period, including group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and retirement plans.

Input client employee enrollment information into an internet-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) following client-specific guidelines.

Verify current employee selections and discuss any modifications that may have occurred (such as carrier, plan design, network, etc.)

Examine benefit communication materials for accuracy and completeness.

Utilize needs analysis to enhance health plan retention.

Employ analytical skills to ensure compliance of benefit plan elections for clients and their employees with established guidelines.

Address and resolve client employee issues and concerns promptly.

Assist client employees throughout the benefits enrollment process.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimal travel is anticipated in this position.

Qualifications:
A degree from a college or technical institution; or 2-5 years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.

Life and Health license is required.

Proficient in technology; ability to learn various systems. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
