About the Role
Chevron Stations Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative - Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest who visits our stations. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet every guest with a smile, answer their questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales Promotion: Effectively promote our products and services, including retail and fuel sales, foodservice, and convenience items.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash areas.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve issues, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (21 years old for Washington locations and Graveyard shifts).
- Availability: Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately handle cash transactions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
