About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to join our team at Insight Global.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity operations, with experience managing teams and working with clients. They will be responsible for ensuring all threats are detected and notified in a timely manner, while also understanding customer requirements and translating them into service outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all threats at customer environments are detected and notified in a timely manner
  • Work with platform administration to ensure integration of new devices and health of monitoring infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain threat scenarios and operating procedures aligned with best practices and customer expectations
  • Strong analytical and technical skills in computer network defence operations, incident handling, and hunting
  • Identify gaps and proactively fix what is committed vs delivered

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-year total experience with minimum 3+ years in a security operations environment
  • 2+ years' experience managing a team of people
  • 2+ years' experience in client-facing roles
  • Good understanding of SIEM SOC concepts and operations
  • Certification Preferred – CCNA or CEH

What We Offer:

  • $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
