Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at MultiCare Health System, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to utilize your specialized training, knowledge, and nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach. You will be responsible for organizing patient care, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and members of the healthcare team.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, utilizing your knowledge base of nursing education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
- Certification in specialty area preferred.
