Job Summary
This role will be responsible for assisting with civil litigation matters, including preparing and reviewing litigation documents, scheduling, and docket management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.

About the Position
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced paralegal to work closely with our attorneys on civil litigation cases. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Scheduling and managing court appearances, depositions, and other litigation-related activities
  • Assisting with research, data analysis, and case preparation

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a civil litigation setting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
