Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Director to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a small asset/property, managing a staff of up to 5 Full-Time Employees (FTEs), and ensuring the property meets the Client's operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and enhance the value of the property/asset, managing lease expirations and timely turnover to maximize revenue potential.
  • Manage the maximum revenue potential of the property through the management of lease expirations and timely turnover.
  • Supervise all on-site staff, including Assistant Community Director, Resident Services Coordinator(s), Compliance Specialist(s), Leasing Manager, Leasing Consultant(s), Maintenance Supervisor(s), Maintenance Technician(s), Make-Ready or Rehab Technician(s), Groundskeeper(s), Painter(s), and Housekeeper(s).
  • Maintain occupancy levels as established by owner/budget expectations, overseeing and exhibiting professional leasing techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with Risk Management items through the following of the FPI Standard Operating Procedures, timely reporting of any/all injuries, illnesses, property damage through the proper reporting channels and forms.
  • Assist residents with reporting of maintenance needs, document facility and maintenance needs, and ensure timely completion.
  • Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations, FPI Standard Operating Procedures, comply with all Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Driver's License Required
  • Pay: $22 - $24 / Hour
  • Position comes with a 2 bed, 1 bath unit
