We are seeking a seasoned Senior Visual Merchandising Leader to join our team. This dynamic role involves collaborating closely with the Sr. Director of VM to oversee and enhance retail merchandising standards across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute visually compelling in-store seasonal presentations that align with brand strategy, market trends, and customer engagement goals.
  • Mentor direct reports to manage the operational functions of mock stores and lead the development of visual merchandising tools.
  • Monitor competitor visual merchandising strategies and adapt seasonal themes to ensure innovative, on-brand displays across all locations.
  • Lead international projects, ensuring successful execution by meeting deadlines and maintaining alignment with both international and U.S. directives.
  • Develop and manage visual merchandising guides, training materials, and a robust VM library to empower teams across all levels to execute impactful visual strategies with consistency and excellence.

This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful visual product displays across all retail locations. Strong leadership, developmental, and communication skills are essential for fostering a cohesive visual strategy that enhances the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and visual presentation techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze and adapt to market trends and consumer preferences.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, savings and retirement plan, employee assistance program, and paid time off.
