Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cannabis Operations Leader to join our team at GreenThumb. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Support management in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of products.
  • Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
  • Actively participate in leading team members to execute programs and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee team member execution.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with one year in a supervisory role.
  • Cannabis experience preferred.
  • Inventory control experience preferred.
  • Meet scheduling and availability requirements.
  • Must have reliable attendance and be 21 years or older.
Skills:
  • Proactive work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure effectively.
  • High level of interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment and computer software.
