Job Overview

As a Senior Research Coordinator at Brigham & Women's Hospital (BWH), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management of lab projects with a focus on patient-oriented studies involving recruitment and data analysis. Reporting to Dr. Katherine Liao, you will work closely with her team to oversee the conduct of projects ranging from patient recruitment studies to analyses in large databases.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or higher in an analytic field, such as biostatistics, statistics, or epidemiology, and at least two years of relevant work experience. A strong background in R programming language is essential for this position, and experience working in Excel is highly desirable. Previous experience in project management in the area of patient recruitment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

This role includes coordinating and carrying out study-related activities such as designing data collection instruments and programming study databases. You will also organize and maintain various meetings/agendas, assist with hiring and training of new staff, and create, manage, and maintain several internal review board protocols. Additionally, you will contribute to grant proposals, manuscripts, publications, and abstracts, as well as reports and presentations.

Estimated Salary Range
$65,000 - $90,000 per year.
