Job Summary

Couriers at Sonora Quest Laboratories are responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients by picking up and transporting specimens, reports, and supplies along a designated route. This role requires effective communication, organization, and attention to detail to ensure client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client service through effective communication and timely delivery of specimens, reports, and supplies.

Operate company vehicles safely and defensively, performing daily vehicle inspections and ordering required maintenance.

Utilize mobile data terminals to accurately record client stops, specimen counts, and types, striving for zero missed specimen pick-ups.

Communicate with dispatch through radio or telephone on service-related issues.

Train new couriers on routes and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Valid Arizona driver's license.

Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
