Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled School Bus Driver to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, as well as participating in extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a school bus to transport students to and from school and extracurricular activities.
  • Monitor student behavior and maintain order on the bus.
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure a safe and efficient ride.
  • Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
Requirements
  • Clean driving record.
  • Commercial Driver License (CDL) with Passenger, School Bus, and Air Brake Endorsements.
  • Satisfactory driving history based on review of state motor vehicle records.
  • Clean criminal history record and child abuse history checks as required by law and the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
  • Must pass an initial and routine annual school bus driver physical and have tuberculosis testing as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
  • All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and will also participate in random drug and alcohol testing programs throughout employment.
