We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Long-Term Care team at SSM Health. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care to residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established standards of care">
  • Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to physicians as needed">
  • Provide guidance and direction to ancillary staff, including CNAs">
  • Maintain accurate inventory of medications and ensure proper distribution to residents">
  • Engage in resident and family communications, providing education and support as needed">
  • Implement preventative measures to ensure optimal patient well-being">
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensing">
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin">
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association">
  • Ability to work night shifts and rotate weekends">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds">

Salary: $64,000 - $80,000 per year
