Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Childrens Behavioral Therapy Pllc. As a key member of our staff, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder.

About the Role:

  • Conduct initial assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Create personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based ABA principles
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients and their families to discuss progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in delivering high-quality services
  • Mentor new therapists and contribute to the growth and development of our team

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, special education, or a related field
  • Current and unrestricted Behavior Analyst TX license
  • BCBA Certification
  • Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification
