Sales Merchandiser Representive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Merchandiser Representative to join our team at Garelick Farms. As a Sales Merchandiser Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining in-store compliance, monitoring and supplying goods, and executing sales programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain ad hoc merchandising, ensuring displays are set to plan-o-grams, and checking and reporting product voids.
• Manage inventory levels, minimizing out-of-stock and dump, and executing all sales programs POP materials.
• Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area, and assist with customer service issues or complaints.
• Complete pricing surveys as required, and report any food safety and food quality-related issues to management immediately.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of retail, customer service, or related experience.
• Driver License - required.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills, able to interact positively and work effectively with others.
• Able to organize time, energy, and resources effectively to achieve goals, and able to follow directions and carry out instructions.
• Able to work with accuracy and detail-oriented, and able to adapt and manage change effectively.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
