Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at T&W Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses in collaboration with the accounting and management teams.
  • Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collect, organize, and store information using computers and filing systems.
  • Oversee special projects and track progress towards company goals.
  • Build and expand skills through educational opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
  • Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
