Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 6 months of workers' compensation lost time experience
  • Knowledge of state applicable Workers' Compensation Act and its application to claims administration
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and procedures
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
