Licensed Mental Health Therapist

At SaVida Health, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our outpatient addiction treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health and substance abuse counseling services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions to clients with substance use disorders and mental health concerns.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Document all clinical content and maintain accurate records in accordance with agency requirements.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in substance abuse treatment and mental health counseling.
Requirements
This position requires a Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, as well as independent licensure (LCSW or LPC) in good standing. Previous experience working in the substance misuse treatment field and mental health counseling is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
