About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled In-Room Dining Coordinator to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized dining experiences to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and memorable.

Responsibilities
  • Answer guest calls and take orders in a courteous and efficient manner, using our point-of-sales system to communicate with the kitchen and coordinate delivery.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer suggestions to enhance their dining experience, responding promptly to any concerns or requests.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of guest orders, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Process guest charges and gratuities accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Coordinate the delivery of amenities and services, ensuring that all requests are received, processed, and delivered in a prompt and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service, with a strong focus on attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English and a valid work authorization in the United States.
