Deliver Exceptional Long-Term Care as a LPN

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The Villages at Oak Ridge. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents and work collaboratively with our staff to ensure their comfort and well-being.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, including shift differentials for 8- and 12-hour shifts. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can build meaningful relationships with your colleagues and patients.

  • Administer medications and observe patients to prevent adverse reactions
  • Conduct routine lab tests and therapeutic services to support patient care
  • Provide education to patients and their families on recommended disease treatment plans
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to maintain a safe environment
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a BLS Provider certification within one month of hire date and a valid LPN/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire date or job transfer date. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required.
