Job Summary

This position involves working with reentry programs, transitional employment planning, parole, and probation experience in a governmental agency setting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage case files and provide support to clients transitioning back into society.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  1. A minimum of four years of experience in case processing, case management, social services, criminal justice, or human services.
  2. Equivalent experience may be substituted with 15 semester hours from an accredited college or university.
  3. Preference given to those with reentry program, transitional employment planning, parole, or probation experience.
  4. Computer operations experience is also preferred.
  5. Governmental agency experience is highly desirable.
