Reentry Program Specialist

This position involves working with reentry programs, transitional employment planning, parole, and probation experience in a governmental agency setting.
Responsibilities- Manage case files and provide support to clients transitioning back into society.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A minimum of four years of experience in case processing, case management, social services, criminal justice, or human services.
- Equivalent experience may be substituted with 15 semester hours from an accredited college or university.
- Preference given to those with reentry program, transitional employment planning, parole, or probation experience.
- Computer operations experience is also preferred.
- Governmental agency experience is highly desirable.
This position offers a competitive salary of $4015.92 per year and opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
Additional InformationThe selected candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing as a condition of employment.
