Leading Family Medicine Physician in Washington State

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our team at a large community health organization in Spokane, WA. As a lead provider, you will have the opportunity to work with a mixed patient population and take on a leadership role in the clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Lead provider role in a busy clinic setting
- Work with a mixed patient population, including families and individuals of all ages
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans and provide high-quality patient care
This is a permanent position with a guided salary structure, offering a competitive compensation package, including:
- Annual pay increase based on performance
- Starting bonus and annual bonuses for meeting or exceeding performance goals

- Over 6 weeks of paid time off per year

- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (FM)
- Ability to obtain a Washington state medical license
- Previous experience as a lead provider or in a leadership role preferred
