About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Cinematographer and Editor to join our team at LifeWise Academy. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage and editing it into engaging and compelling stories that showcase the mission and values of LifeWise Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute video shoots to capture high-quality footage that aligns with project goals.
  • Edit video footage to create engaging and compelling stories, incorporating motion graphics and other visual elements as needed.
  • Develop graphics and animations to enhance video content.
  • Collaborate with teams to make necessary reshoots and edits to existing video assets.
  • Design and create motion graphics for web and video projects.

Requirements:

  • A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Statement of Faith.
  • Proficient in camera operation, composition, and lighting techniques.
  • Ability to capture and edit audio from video shoots and live events.
  • Skilled in video editing software, with experience with Davinci Resolve.
  • Proficiency in creating motion graphics using software like After Effects.
  • Experience with 3D modeling and animation, with Blender experience a plus.
  • A creative eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
