Job Description

As a Cloud Infrastructure Designer at ZipRecruiter, you will be responsible for designing and managing cloud architecture to ensure the scalability and reliability of our AWS environments.

We are looking for an experienced IT professional who has a strong background in cloud computing and excellent problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in IT support and customer service with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ticket management systems such as AF Remedy.
  • CompTIA Security+ CE Certification or equivalent experience.
  • Able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Possess a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
