About Us:

The flooring contractor is a leader in the commercial flooring world, delivering high-quality projects in commercial, multi-family, and new construction residential flooring.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Flooring Sales/Project Manager to drive sales growth and manage multiple projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and the flooring industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage flooring projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on flooring products and solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Coordinate and oversee installation schedules, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or changes promptly.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of flooring products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably in the flooring industry.
  • Strong knowledge of flooring products, installation processes, and industry standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using project management software and CRM systems.
