Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at RADHE SHYAM VACAVILLE LLC. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.


Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and making beds, to maintain a clean and orderly environment for our guests.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all rooms to ensure they meet our high standards, identifying any areas that require additional attention or repairs.
  • Report any damages or issues to management promptly, providing detailed descriptions and recommendations for resolution.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and patience, escalating concerns to management as needed.
  • Manage inventory levels of supplies and consumables, ordering replenishments as necessary to maintain adequate stock.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols, adhering to regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a housekeeper or cleaner is preferred, but not required.
  • You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining high performance standards and a strong sense of accountability.
  • A friendly, customer-focused personality is essential for success in this role, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods is required, as is a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Compensation
