Job Overview

This role involves sharing our passion for delivering high-quality sandwiches and exceptional customer experiences. As a Team Member, you will be the face of the company, responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable and enjoyable. You will work closely with your colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and manage inventory effectively.


Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent guest service by listening attentively to customers' needs, communicating clearly and respectfully, and responding promptly to their queries.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to our dress code guidelines and ensuring that you are always well-groomed and presentable.
  • Basic Mathematics: Accurately handle money, process transactions, and take stock of supplies, demonstrating strong basic mathematics skills.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently, manage your time effectively, and maintain a clean and organized workspace to avoid errors and accidents.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in your schedule, being willing to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with your colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment, contributing to the success of our team and the growth of our business.

Requirements and Qualifications
