Job Description:
- Primarily perform sitter duties with the opportunity for standard CNA responsibilities.
- Assist with vital signs, feeding, ambulation, turning/positioning, and hourly rounding.
- Work across various units with different patient populations, as assignments can vary by floor.
- No insertion or removal of catheters or IVs.
- Opportunity for flexible scheduling with block scheduling allowed.
- Expected to float to different hospitals within the assigned region if not needed at the primary
- Participate in a comprehensive orientation program, including training and modules, tailored to each hospital setting.
- Engage in effective communication with nursing supervisors and staffing leaders to ensure consistent and safe patient care.
- Commitment to a new initiative within the healthcare system requiring adaptability.
- Holiday shifts will be assigned based on operational needs.
This position involves a new approach in the healthcare system and might present challenges initially, ensuring a need for candidates who can adjust and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
