We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Clearwater, FL office.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time Receptionist opportunity that involves providing exceptional administrative support to our production and project teams. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phones, printing job travelers, completing daily timecards and payroll spreadsheets, entering data into the system, ordering supplies, and stocking office supplies.

About The Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Phone and Email Management: Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
    • Office Administration: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
    • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our systems, maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
    • Supply Management: Order and stock office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
About You:
  • Qualifications:
    • Communication and Organizational Skills: Possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Previous Experience: Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
