About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Intellectual Property Lawyer to join our esteemed client's growing national IP practice. This role is open across multiple office locations, including the firm's virtual office, The Link. You will collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit, handling complex patent litigation and other intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patent litigation and other IP litigation matters, including trade secrets and related cases.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and assist in developing case strategies.
  • Work alongside a dynamic team to deliver outstanding results for clients in diverse industries.
  • Provide expert counsel to clients while navigating challenging litigation scenarios.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-6 years of IP litigation experience, including patent litigation. Experience with trade secret matters is preferred but not required.
  • A JD with excellent academic credentials.
  • An active bar license in the state of residence or willingness to obtain one promptly.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
