At Michaels, we're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Craft Artisan to join our team as a Seasonal Framing Associate. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with art and creative projects.

**About the Role**

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of framing techniques. As a Seasonal Framing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect frame for their artwork or photos, creating custom framing solutions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assist customers in selecting frames and mats to fit their needs and budget
+ Create custom framing solutions using a variety of materials and techniques
+ Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
+ Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following company guidelines and procedures
+ Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
+ Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience for customers

**Requirements**

+ 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
+ Basic computer skills and ability to operate point-of-sale system
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
