Job SummaryWe are seeking an Executive Director for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility to join our team. This leadership role will focus on infusing IDEA principles into the fabric of our college, promoting a culture of inclusivity, and ensuring equal opportunities for all students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to advance educational equity and achievement for all students.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices that promote IDEA principles.
- Collaborate with campus partners to create a supportive work environment that empowers students, faculty, and staff.
- Communicate college IDEA opportunities, efforts, and achievements to the campus community.
- Engage with local and national equity experts to advance institutional learning of IDEA strategies and practices.
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience as a diversity officer or similar role. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in collaborating with diverse groups, developing inclusive programs, and promoting equitable practices in education.
BenefitsThis is a 12-month, full-time Administrative/Exempt position with an annual salary range of $117,000 to $130,000. The position comes with a full benefit package, including health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance, as well as a retirement plan.
