Key Responsibilities
The Retail Outparcel Development Manager will lead retail pad development from start to finish, including identification, due diligence, financial analysis, zoning and subdivision, design, leasing, construction, and final delivery.

Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead retail pad development from start to finish, including identification, due diligence, financial analysis, zoning and subdivision, design, leasing, construction, and final delivery.
- Conduct feasibility to identify potential pad development and disposition opportunities within the existing portfolio.

- Direct the entitlement process in collaboration with the broader team.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Work with other internal business units to gather information and expertise needed to complete projects.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- A proven track record of single or multi-tenant retail pad development.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development and dispositions, with a focus on retail pads.
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, architecture, construction, engineering, or related field.
- Ability to independently drive projects through their entire life cycle.
- Excellent financial analysis and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
