Empowering Independence Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Empowering Independence Specialists in the Washington Region. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live more independently and achieve their goals.
As an Empowering Independence Specialist, you will be part of our dedicated team that provides supported living solutions, enabling individuals to overcome barriers and thrive in their communities. Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support and guidance to individuals with disabilities, helping them develop essential life skills and strategies for independence.
- Collaborate with program managers to ensure effective implementation of support plans, aligning with individual goals and preferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, fostering connections and opportunities for individuals to engage in their communities.

Benefits- Competitive salary: $18.03 per hour (plus sign-on bonus)
- Full-time status at 30 hours per week
