Dishroom Attendant

The Dishwasher position at Hard Rock International is a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our kitchens. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, glassware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized dish room and work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean dishes and operate a dish machine, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
• Practice safety and sanitation standards at all times, reporting any issues or concerns to your supervisor.
• Empty trash bins and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
• Communicate professionally with co-workers and Front-of-the-House staff, providing excellent customer service.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• In some U.S. States, a food safety certification program is required to be completed before being able to serve food or alcohol, which may include a food handlers card.
• Ability to remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere and demonstrate a high level of organization, attention-to-detail, and a sense-of-urgency.
• Display a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers, maintaining HRC's 5 core Values and Mission Statement.
• Ability to perform duties which require bending & reaching, lifting & transporting up to 100-pound containers, dish racks, and trashcans, standing or moving for up to 8+ hours, and ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
