The Account Manager is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers in the Personal Lines Digital Service Insurance division.

This role supports the development of client relationships, promotes services, and assists in remarketing efforts for our clients.

The Account Manager will also maintain relationships with other insurance professionals to support the business needs of their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote services, design portfolios and solutions for potential clients, advise potential clients, and perform other consultative activities.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive, Producer, and/or more senior Account Manager to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Works under the support and supervision of the Account Executive, Producer, and/or more senior Account Manager.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with AMS or related software.
  • Can manage multiple customer-related activities simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of personal lines or commercial experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing assigned customer block.
