Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our snow removal team as a Snow Removal Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for clearing snow and applying salt or brine to designated areas, ensuring safe pathways for our clients. This is an on-call, seasonal position that requires the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear snow from designated areas using manual labor techniques.
  • Apply salt or brine to prevent ice buildup and maintain safety.
  • Follow a pre-programmed route to service at least 100 locations.
  • Work collaboratively with the foreman and other crew members to achieve common goals.
  • Be available 24 hours a day, responding promptly to work calls during snow events.
  • Maintain equipment and materials to ensure they are in good working order.

Compensation: A competitive hourly wage based on experience, estimated at $25-$35 per hour.
