About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for delivering basic nursing and administrative services in the Acute Care department.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service, responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to hospital standards and regulations.
  • Perform Certified Nurse Assistant duties, including taking vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene activities, and preparing room and bed for patients.
  • Record care given and report patient care observations.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Nurse Assistant certification required.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
  • Pass general background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
